Guide Homeowners Through Restoration with Confidence
When disaster strikes, homeowners need more than a contractor—they need a trusted advisor.
At SERVPRO Team Wall, our Residential Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their restoration journey. From delivering estimates and explaining the process to coordinating with production teams and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, you'll help families navigate one of the most stressful events of their lives.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building, problem solving, project coordination, and helping customers make informed decisions.
Commission: $55,000-$60,000 base plus commission!
What You'll Do
- Manage residential restoration and reconstruction opportunities from estimate through project completion
- Deliver and explain estimates to homeowners
- Follow up with customers and help convert opportunities into sold projects
- Coordinate with operations, estimating, construction, insurance adjusters, and accounting
- Provide proactive project updates and exceptional customer communication
- Resolve issues quickly while advocating for both the customer and the company
- Maintain accurate documentation within company systems
- Build long-term relationships that create outstanding customer experiences
What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Restoration
- Residential construction
- Insurance claims
- Property management
- Account management
- Customer success
- Project coordination
- Home improvement or consultative sales
Experience with restoration or Xactimate is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
