Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for smooth service delivery
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and food handling
- Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, quality checks, and timely service
- Assist in interviewing and onboarding new team members to build a strong workforce
- Monitor customer feedback to enhance service quality and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and overall restaurant performance goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of staff training and team development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-energy setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food industry best practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining establishments is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and perform shift management efficiently
