Position Summary:
Responsible for recruiting vendors, maintaining strong relationships, and assuring compliance with competitive urgency. Uses effective communication skills to deescalate Vendor concerns and work closely with all company departments.
Position Responsibilities:
- Handle proactive and reactive Vendor recruiting needs.

Maintain relationships with current vendor base to support the business.

Remain detail oriented with the ability to interpret technical information.

Educate new recruits on our current business practices and obtain compliance documents.

Collect Vendor territory, skills, and rates. Ensure all information is complete and updated within our database.

Assist our clients located within malls by providing Mall Maintenance their necessary compliance documents.

Receive and handle incoming calls from Vendors with complaints or concerns. Compile research based off their comments and provide resolutions.

Diffuse escalated vendor situations and offer ongoing support and training.

Complete reports and negotiate vendor rates based on data analysis.

Assist management team with Vendor scorecards and provide vendor feedback as needed

Manage special projects and miscellaneous tasks to completion

Handle work tasks in priority order based on daily game plan provided by the Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
