Our academy preschool is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for our young students. You will work with children aged infant-5 years old and help them develop essential skills, such as communication, social, emotional, and cognitive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and educational standards
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that promotes learning and play
- Provide a variety of age-appropriate activities that foster children's development, such as storytelling, art, music, and physical play
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents about their child's development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
Requirements:
- 2+ years of childcare experience
- Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar role
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, creative, and energetic personality
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
