We’re looking for a Land Survey Crew Chief to lead field operations for boundary, topo, and construction stakeout projects across Northern Virginia. If you run a crew with confidence and deliver clean, accurate data, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a 1–2-person field crew
- Operate Nikon equipment & Carlson Software
- Collect precise field data + complete daily reports
- Coordinate with PMs, contractors, and site supervisors
What You Need
- 3+ years field surveying; crew chief experience preferred
- Strong instrument + data collector skills
- Valid Driver’s license
- Professional, reliable, safety-focused

Experience:
- Field land surveying: 3 years (Required)
- Crew Chief : 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
