I'm partnering with a highly respected, long-established law firm known for its strong Business Litigation practice and reputation for excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney who wants to work on sophisticated matters while building a long-term career in a collaborative, high-quality environment.
The Opportunity
You'll join a dynamic Business Litigation group handling complex commercial disputes across a variety of industries. This role offers hands-on experience across all phases of litigation, along with the opportunity to develop your own practice over time.
What You'll Do
Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters
Participate in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
Draft briefs, motions, and other key litigation documents
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on sophisticated disputes
What We're Looking For
3+ years of general litigation experience
Licensed to practice in Washington - Experience across multiple stages of litigation (commercial litigation preferred)
Strong academic credentials
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work well with clients and manage responsibilities independently
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in long-term practice growth
