Duties
- Thoroughly and accurately check homework assignments across subjects
- Develop and implement enrichment lessons to fill student learning gaps
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space
- Perform ongoing assessment of students and communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming events
Skills
- Proven classroom management skills with experience working with children across diverse backgrounds
- Strong writing skills for lesson planning, report writing, and communicating with parents
- Expertise in early childhood and elementary education
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues in a collaborative educational environment
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
