Required:
Associate's Degree OR 60 college credits
Working hours: Monday–Friday - 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
Summer work requires one week of programming in June, July, and August
Starting Rate: $17.00 Per Hour

As an Early Intervention Classroom Assistant with WIU7, you'll help preschool-aged children build thecommunication, social, academic, and life skills they need to succeed in kindergarten and beyond. What You'll Do
Support children during classroom activities, routines, and play-based learning
Assist teachers with small-group and individualized instruction
Encourage communication, social skills, and independence
Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational professionals
Celebrate children's successes and help them reach important milestones
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are:
Patient, caring, and dependable
Passionate about working with young children
Team-oriented and eager to learn
Able to communicate professionally and effectively
Experience in childcare, preschool, education, or special education is helpful but not required.
