Role Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team, the ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail oriented, and eager to learn, we are looking for someone who is motivated to grow professionally, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a long term career with MIPSS
Key Responsibilities:
- Help with inventory organization, sorting and maintenance in the warehouse.
- Load equipment into trucks using the appropriate tools.
- Clean equipment upon arrival and prior to shipment.
- Tag and label merchandise.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist in moving equipment and parts as required.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Collaborate to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with the operations and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform routine cleaning duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and inventory management experience is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
