We are looking for associates for a variety of shifts, days, evenings, and weekend shifts who can ensure a friendly, enthusiastic culture and deliver a superior coffee experience to our customers. About the Caribou Associate:
We are hiring an enthusiastic, friendly associate passionate about creating a welcoming store atmosphere. The Caribou associate is responsible for upholding Teal's Market Core values while assisting guests with beverage and food orders.

Greeting customers and entering their orders into the register.

Brew, mix, and blend beverages according to set standards.

Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.

Knowledgeable about all product offerings and answering customers' questions.

Will be expected to operate all machines in the coffee shop and know and understand the recipes of the beverages.
The physical demands of this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
