About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of a patient-facing AI product that transforms how patients interact with healthcare. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, AI, and clinical operations, owning the end-to-end patient experience while ensuring quality, safety, and measurable business impact.

- Define and evolve the product experience with a focus on usability, safety, quality, and patient trust.
- Develop product strategy and build alignment across clinical, engineering, legal, design, and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and customer discovery to understand patient behaviors, pain points, decision-making, and opportunities for AI-assisted care.
- Translate customer insights into product requirements, features, and prioritization decisions.
- Partner closely with UX and conversational AI teams to create intuitive, empathetic, and effective patient interactions.
- Establish product success metrics and collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to monitor product quality, performance, and safety.
- Design and continuously improve human-in-the-loop workflows, ensuring seamless transitions between AI experiences and clinical staff when appropriate.
- Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive commercialization strategy by partnering with leadership on monetization opportunities, pricing considerations, and business case development.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably leading customer-facing digital products.
- Experience owning products from strategy through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product discovery methodologies.
- Experience working closely with software engineering, UX/design, and data science teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to inform product decisions.
Preferred
- Experience building or managing AI, machine learning, conversational AI, or generative AI products.
- Healthcare, digital health, or clinical technology experience.
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices, product governance, and AI safety considerations.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, product analytics, and KPI development.
- MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
- Deliver intuitive, patient-centered AI experiences that improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Launch features that balance innovation with patient safety and regulatory considerations.
- Drive measurable improvements in adoption, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong partnerships across clinical, engineering, legal, design, and executive teams.
- Establish a product roadmap that supports both long-term vision and near-term business objectives.
Ideal Candidate
You thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy solving complex problems where technology, healthcare, and human experience intersect. You're equally comfortable discussing AI capabilities with engineers, validating workflows with clinicians, and presenting product strategy to executive leadership. Most importantly, you're passionate about building products that make healthcare more accessible, intuitive, and impactful for patients.
