We're seeking a hands-on, experienced General Manager to lead our operations, staff, and strategic growth. If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

- Administrative & Systems Management: Execute all core administrative duties, including meticulous employee record-keeping, payroll processing, onboarding documentation, scheduling, and invoice management. Ensure operational systems and software are accurately maintained.
- Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, labor costs, inventory, and budgeting to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Team Leadership & Communication: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule a high-performing team. Maintain open, transparent, and consistent communication with staff regarding performance expectations, policy updates, and venue goals to foster a positive, motivating work environment.
- Ownership Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between the venue staff and ownership/upper management. Provide clear, accurate, and proactive reporting on operations, financial metrics, and team dynamics.
- Guest & Community Relations: Maintain a strong floor presence, building relationships with regulars, handling guest issues with grace, and communicating our brand voice effectively to the public.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with NC ABC laws, health department regulations, and safety standards.
