Location: 14024 E Sprague Ave. Spokane Valley (Old Big Lots building) - On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hour, with $1/hour raises every 2 months until reaching $20/hour.
Hours: 40 hours/week + overtime opportunities

Position Overview
We are hiring Shipping & Receiving Specialists to support our fast-paced operations. This role is critical to keeping product moving accurately and efficiently from inbound inventory to outbound customer orders.
You will work hands-on with a variety retail goods, ensuring items are properly inspected, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment or pickup.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prep inventory for shipment
- Package and label outgoing shipments
- Prepare items for carrier pickup and customer fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Follow documented processes to ensure accuracy and speed

- Comfortable with being on your feet, active and lifting up to 50lbs for an entire shift

Warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
