Our agency serves as a professional guardian for incapacitated adults in 27 Counties in PA. Part of our requirements in this role is to complete face to face visits with our consumers at least once every 30 days. We are looking to fill a position in our Eastern tier (Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton) to assist in completing our Personal Care Home and Skilled Nursing Facility visits, property assessment, attend consumer doctor appointments, obtain documentation and send. Company vehicle provided. We will train the right candidate on the specific needs of this position, will also train the right candidate for Court appearance related to the job. The hours of this position can be flexible not to exceed 30/week and preferred during business hours. The right candidate is motivated, organized, good with email communication, electronic notes, well spoken, observent, and disciplined. This job requires a clear criminal background check, and a clean driving record. There is a potential for this position to evolve into something full-time with additional responsiblities in the future.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
