Insurance Agent, Farmers Insurance Division 86 | Orange County, CA
Farmers Insurance Division 86 is the number one ranked Farmers district in California, and we are hiring Insurance Agents across our Orange County locations. This is a full sales role, not a call center seat, with real autonomy and a defined growth path.
The role
You will consult with clients on auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You will manage the full sales cycle including quoting, presenting, and binding policies, while building a referral base and growing a book of business. Renewal income compounds as your book grows.
Mentorship and development
You will be paired with experienced agents and leadership who have built successful books of business themselves, with structured coaching designed to help high performers advance quickly.
The pay
Base salary plus commission, with total compensation ranging from $65,000 to $100,000 plus annually depending on performance. Bonuses are tied to individual results and earning potential is uncapped.
Who this is for
- 5 plus years in sales, customer service, or a relationship driven role, licensed or not
- Coachable, with a desire for real mentorship rather than just oversight
- Motivated by performance based pay and long term growth
- An active P&C license is preferred. If you do not have one, we will support you through the licensing process
