Currently, we are seeking Full-Time Crew Members to join our team!
Whether you're interested in working as a Front Desk Teller/Cashier, Party Host/Server, Café Team Member, or Floor Staff, you'll help create an outstanding experience for our guests. Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with guests and team members.
- Provide guests with a safe, fun, and memorable experience.
- Conduct sales and recommend products based on guest needs.
- Perform cleaning and general maintenance throughout the park.
- Coordinate birthday parties and special events.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.
- Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis.
- Support team leads with opening and closing park procedures.
- Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
- Help maintain a clean and organized environment, including light janitorial duties.
Qualifications
- Customer service and retail sales experience preferred.
- Amusement, recreation, or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and some holidays as required.
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
- Energetic, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
