Position Overview
As a Stair Builder, you will work in our manufacturing facility and learn all aspects of stair production. Responsibilities may include:
- Cutting and preparing stair components
- Assembling finished stair systems
- Operating CNC machinery used to manufacture stair stringers and other components
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Reading and working from measurements
- Maintaining quality standards throughout production
Requirements
- Comfortable using basic carpentry tools
- Basic carpentry knowledge preferred, but not required
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid U.S. work authorization

These opportunities include Rail Installation and Delivery Driver positions, which involve driving company vehicles and working at job sites throughout New Jersey, New York, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Northern Delaware. These positions require a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a minimum of three years of licensed driving experience.
We are primarily hiring Stair Builders at this time, but we are always interested in meeting candidates who may be a good fit for future opportunities as our company continues to grow.
