About the Role
Are you a skilled metal fabricator looking to move away from repetitive assembly lines and into complex, custom metalwork? We are seeking a dedicated Metal Fabrication Welder to join our team, where you will transform raw materials into high-impact structural steel and industrial components through precision welding and fitting.
Responsibilities-
Execute high-quality welds on structural steel, columns, and piping systems to ensure project integrity.

Interpret complex blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols to guide the assembly of custom components.

Perform precise material preparation, including measuring, cutting, and grinding, to meet exact project specifications.

Collaborate with the fabrication team to bring large-scale industrial designs from concept to finished product.

Safely operate heavy equipment, including overhead cranes and forklifts, to maneuver materials throughout the shop floor.

Maintain consistent weld quality and structural accuracy across diverse, non-repetitive fabrication tasks.
Qualifications-
4+ years of professional experience in welding and structural fitting.

Proficiency in MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding techniques.

Strong ability to read and apply blueprints, weld symbols, and WPS documentation.

Current D1.1 or equivalent structural welding certifications.

Demonstrated commitment to safety and high-precision craftsmanship.

Prior experience with complex mechanical or pipe fabrication.

Proven track record working on custom, one-off structural steel projects.

Hands-on experience operating industrial shop machinery and material handling equipment.

Technical proficiency with TIG and Stick welding processes.
