We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating operations, managing administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional service to our clients in the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize incoming phone calls and customer requests, scheduling assessments and work orders efficiently
- Create and manage job records, and prepare invoices upon completion of work
- Assist with preparing estimates and coordinating the ordering of materials
- Process payments, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on overdue payments
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide timely updates, and deliver outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in the marine industry or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
