Brothers Express is an asset based trucking company in Cincinnati, Ohio with a 34 truck fleet that operates in OH, KY, IN, and MI. Company is looking to add an experienced dispatcher to the team.
A successful Dispatcher candidate must demonstrate the ability to organize, control and manage the successful delivery of customer orders. The process requires the ability to work closely with groups of people, including company employees at all levels, customers, shippers and receivers.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/qualifications:
- 2+ years prior dispatch and/or load booking experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain positive work experiences with customers and employees
- Natural problem solver
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with ease with a desire to meet customer needs
- Transportation industry knowledge is a must
- ability to function in an electronic communication environment
- Geographical knowledge of OH, KY, IN
- Individuals with experience in McLeod TMS software and Motive GPS are preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
