Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of daily sports bar operations, including food preparation, beverage service, and customer engagement.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure high standards of service and teamwork.
- Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to maintain quality standards.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health regulations, food safety protocols, and cleanliness standards across the venue.
- Foster a lively atmosphere by managing shift operations efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments, with a strong background in food service management.
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams within casual dining or sports bar settings.
- Experience with inventory control, food safety management, and budgeting processes.
- Background in managing kitchen operations or culinary teams is highly desirable; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and conduct interviews confidently.
- Prior experience managing hospitality teams in hotel or catering environments is advantageous.
