Position Overview

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm
- Demonstrated experience drafting and responding to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
- Strong experience managing financial discovery, including financial statements, tax returns, bank and brokerage records, business records, and income and asset documentation related to divorce and support matters
- Proven ability to manage multiple active matters while consistently meeting court deadlines
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with legal practice management software and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Massachusetts civil litigation procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of family law experience, including divorce, custody, child support, modifications, and contempt matters
- Experience preparing Rule 401 Financial Statements
- Familiarity with the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court system, particularly Bristol County and Taunton procedures
- Experience collaborating with forensic accountants, financial experts, or business valuation professionals
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, serve, and track written discovery requests and responses
- Prepare and organize financial discovery materials and supporting documentation
- Independently manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Support attorneys with deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation
- Maintain case calendars and monitor all filing and court deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents under attorney supervision

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
