Overview:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our mobile audio shop. We have a brand new state-of-the-art showroom with interactive displays. You’ll work closely with the E-commerce & Retail Sales Manager to help customers, support staff and handle administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
- Assist walk-in customers in finding the right parts they need.
- Handle phone calls and online inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Installation Scheduling:
- Schedule customer installations and coordinate with the installation team to ensure a seamless process.
- Online Presence:
- Create and update product listings on e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Generate reports using Excel or Google Sheets to assist co-workers and relevant departments.
- General Support:
- Assist with various tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Training and Development:
- Work closely with the E-commerce & Retail Sales Manager to learn day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce is welcomed but not required.
Skills:
- Ambitious and eager to learn, with a passion for the mobile audio and aftermarket automotive & powersports accessories industry.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Hard-working and reliable, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
- Familiarity with mobile audio and aftermarket automotive & powersports accessories is a plus.

Hours, Pay & Benefits
- Pay raises possible every 6 months.
- Vacation pay, sick days, and paid holidays will be available
- 38-40 hours per week
- We are open Monday-Friday. Hours are generally between 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Health Insurance is available after 90 days.
