What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Float between units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Manage patient needs with an estimated ratio of 1:3
- IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and clinical assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Utilize electronic medical records (Epic) for documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols, including infection control and patient safety standards
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of PCU experience
- Skills in IV placement and telemetry monitoring
- Experience with Epic electronic records
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
