Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor will manage all maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will direct all activities related to supervising personnel engaged in the repair, modification, and installation of new and existing equipment and facility maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for training employees, developing, and maintaining preventative maintenance programs, mentoring, and supervising all technicians with the purpose of ensuring departmental and operational safety and regulatory compliance.

Manages, coordinates all maintenance planning, scheduling, and work execution for the Maintenance Department
Maintenance of appropriate equipment records and history
Installation, operation, relocation, and maintenance of all productions equipment Management of spare parts or materials inventory
Implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
Work with the Plant Manger to justify Capital Expenditures
Training and developing maintenance employees
Initiates and carries out projects to improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
Tracks, analyzes, and improves key maintenance parameters, such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, downtime, etc.
Environmental and Safety Compliance
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in facilities/plant engineering is a plus
Operation and maintenance of overhead cranes
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Experience with integrated drives with PLC control
Experience with TCTL lines, CO2/Fiber lasers
Experience with diagnosing electrical problems with 24-volt, 120 volt, and 480 volts systems
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience in the manufacturing environment in a managerial role
High level of computer skills
Organized and motivated
Experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and general maintenance and repair Experience in Lean, Kaizen, and 5s is a plus
Experience working in a facility with multiple shifts
Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) E Maintenance or PLEX

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
