Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and neighborhood dynamics
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients
- Provide guidance on property management issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client needs simultaneously
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is beneficial
- Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is essential
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients
- Strong marketing skills to effectively promote properties
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, paperwork, and client follow-ups efficiently
