Role Description
This is a paid internship for an Office Assistant based in Key West, FL. The Office Assistant will support daily administrative operations, including managing phone communications, handling clerical tasks, and coordinating office activities. Responsibilities also include assisting staff and handling general inquiries or correspondence.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing and maintaining office operations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in commonly used office software, e.g., Microsoft Excel. (Website maintenance and social media managing is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively and assist teammates and guests in a friendly and effective manner
- Previous experience in a non-profit or cultural organization is a plus
Pay: $20.00 per hour
