Graphic Designer

Alegria is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience who enjoys working across print, digital, and multimedia projects in a collaborative fashion and lifestyle environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout, typography, and storytelling through design, and can confidently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced seasonal workflow.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a variety of multimedia assets across print and digital platforms
- Create catalogs, line sheets, informational documents, and presentation materials
- Develop clean, engaging infographics and visual storytelling assets
- Design seasonal web assets including banners, email graphics, and promotional materials
- Maintain consistency with Alegria brand standards across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to meet deadlines and seasonal launch schedules
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital delivery
- Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries
Qualifications
- Professional graphic design experience
- Portfolio required for consideration
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing both print and digital materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
- Self-motivated with a dependable work ethic
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in women’s fashion, comfort footwear, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with basic video editing and multimedia content creation
- Understanding of B2B marketing materials and seasonal retail calendars
Position Details
- Full-time, in-house position
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Collaborative office environment
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
