The Role
We’re looking for a Software Support & Development Specialist who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and contributing to software development. This role sits at the intersection of technical support and engineering—ideal for someone who wants to build their skills while making a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—resolving issues, leading trainings, and supporting on-site installations to ensure a great customer experience
- Development: Maintain, test, and implement enhancements in collaboration with the development team
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues through effective root cause analysis
- Project Coordination: Help move product improvements from customer feedback through development and deployment
- Collaboration: Communicate clearly with team members, leadership, and customers to drive continuous improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Little Rock, AR
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects
