POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist the Compliance Manager in processing state surplus lines filings in accordance with established Brown & Riding values, goals, and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Meets quality standards in preparing and submitting surplus lines filings in a timely and accurate manner according individual state requirements. Prepares and submits filings using manual paperwork or filing websites. Uses periodic reports to ensure timely filing
? Reconciles amounts payable to the regulatory agencies
? Monitor and track tags received from the state SLA departments and provide reports to the Compliance Manager
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
