We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Fort Lee, NJ, United States.
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBAs
- Collecting and recording data to track client progress
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy services in a clinic or home-based setting
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Assist with client scheduling, planning, and organization
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide feedback and support to families on client progress and goals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client services and progress
Compensation:
$21 - $33 HOURLY based on experience

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education) or equivalent experience
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
