This is a 1099, commission-based position with no income ceiling, tied directly to your production and your team's. First-year earnings typically land between $100K and $200K, with top performers reaching $300K–$450K. Because compensation is fully performance-based, the strongest candidates come in with the financial reserves to support themselves through an initial ramp-up period.
