Your Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team of automotive professionals.
- Mentor your team in best practices for securing deals while providing guidance to improve sales performance
- Establish sales goals, monitor progress, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets
- Oversee and manage Inventory
- Provide coaching and training to fellow managers and team members
- Collaborate directly with the COO
- Interpreting and understanding departmental accounting documents
- Uphold exceptional sales and customer service excellence
- Ensure compliance with required manufacture standards
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven experience in dealership management.
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for developing team talent.
- Energetic and enthusiastic presence throughout the sales workday
- Goal-oriented and friendly demeanor, especially in negotiations.
- Detail oriented with sharp problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, computer and basic math capabilities.
- Clean background, clean driving record, and a valid driver’s license.
- Foundation knowledge of accounting principles
