Olde Towne Athletic Club is a premier, family-owned athletic club located in the heart of East Cobb. Our beautiful facility features a state-of-the-art tennis complex boasting 4 clay courts, 6 hard courts (including a stadium court), and 2 covered courts. Beyond tennis, we feature an elite junior academy, a thriving adult membership, a full fitness center, a pool, a spacious events venue, and an on-site restaurant and bar. The Role:
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Tennis Teaching Professional to anchor our afternoon junior programming and build a strong presence within our adult membership starting this August. This position starts as part-time with excellent potential to scale to full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Charge: Run high-energy, organized large-group drills (primarily juniors) from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Develop Talent: Conduct private lessons utilizing our clay, hard, and covered courts, and support academy athletes at local and regional tournaments.
- Build Community: Act as a club ambassador by promoting events, communicating effectively with parents, and collaborating cross-departmentally with our fitness, restaurant, and events teams.
- Maintain Excellence: Ensure all playing surfaces are safe, clean, and optimized for elite-level play.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Playing Background: Former high-level junior player; college-level playing experience is strongly preferred.
- Credentials: Teaching certification is preferred, but a deep understanding of group dynamics and a coachable attitude are essential.
- Professionalism: Reliable, organized, and capable of managing large groups of juniors with ease. Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
- Integrity: A strong commitment to facility pride, safety protocols, and representing the club with integrity.
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly Drill Rate: $20 – $35/hour (commensurate with experience).
- Private Lesson Revenue: Generous 60/40% split (based on experience).
- Tournament Coaching: Paid at your hourly drill rate.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
