Your mission is to connect clients with our 12-month Wellness Program, ensuring they have along-term road map to feeling their best.

Your Mission (The Day-to-Day):
- Recommendation Based Selling: Act as a Wellness Advocate, educating clients why a 12-month Wellness Program is the best investment in their long-term health based on their true need and "why" they need self-care.
- Exceed Goals: Drive clinic growth by hitting membership sales targets and maximizing Gift Card Promotions and Retail opportunities.
- Client Advocacy: Build "wellness blueprints" for guests, rebooking them for future sessions, recommending service enhancements and home-care products to extend their results.
- Relationship Management: Manage the "front of house' energy, ensuring every Service Recipient feels the red carpet experience, is heard, understood and every lead is followed up on via phone and email.
Are You the Perfect Fit?
- Sales Mindset: Previous Sales experience is preferred; you love hitting targets and helping people feel and look their best.
- Relationship Builder: Great people skills with the ability to turn a first-time guest into a long-term member.
- Critical Thinker: Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Wellness Enthusiast: Genuine supporter of total body care with knowledge of massage and skincare services is preferred.

Job Type & Schedule:
- Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, Weekends, and Holidays. One evening and weekend shift is required.
