San Marino Retirement Community, located in Westminster, Colorado is currently seeking an experienced QMAP to join our team as Shift Supervisor.
Shift Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing/delivering medications for residents
Administering various types of medication throughout the day
Recording every dose of medication administered
Observing residents to look for changes
Notifying nurses about changes or medical issues with residents
In the abscence of the RN or RCC, lead during emergencies
Train new wellness team members
Maintain team accountability to ensure all tasks are complete at the end of the shift
Following all safety protocols
On-Call responsibilities for wellness team
QMAP skills and qualifications:
Written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail
First aid and CPR certification
Knowledge of medical terminology and conditions
Ability to prepare medication doses accurately
Patient, calm demeanor
Strong problem-solving skills
