At Ardsley Dental Spa, we’re not your typical dental office. We combine comprehensive dentistry, Invisalign, implants, sleep apnea therapy, cosmetic dentistry, and facial esthetics in a warm, spa-like environment where patients genuinely enjoy coming to the dentist.
We’re looking for a dental assistant who wants more than “just a job.” We want someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience, enjoys learning, and believes teamwork is just as important as clinical excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and Invisalign procedures
- Take digital radiographs, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs
- Prepare operatories and maintain exceptional infection control standards
- Sterilization and instrument management
- Review charts and ensure patients are fully prepared before treatment
- Educate patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Assist with inventory and organization
- Jump in wherever the team needs help

Preferred Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person
- Digital x-ray experience a plus
- Dentrix experience a plus
- Invisalign experience is a bonus but not required
