This role can sit in Greensboro, NC or Charlotte, NC or Radnor, PA or Fort Wayne, INWe are seeking a Senior Citrix Engineer to support large-scale VDI modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. This role will focus on designing, migrating, upgrading, and optimizing enterprise Citrix environments while ensuring a seamless end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Citrix Cloud (DaaS) migration and modernization projects.
· Design, upgrade, and support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) environments.
· Manage and optimize large-scale VDI infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
· Configure and support Citrix NetScaler (ADC), including load balancing, Gateway, high availability, and security.
· Implement FSLogix profile management solutions.
· Develop automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using PowerShell, Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
· Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security teams to improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Experience:
· 7+ years of Citrix engineering and administration experience.
· Strong expertise with Citrix CVAD, Citrix DaaS (Cloud), and enterprise migrations/upgrades.
· Experience supporting large-scale VDI environments.
· Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS.
· Strong PowerShell automation skills.
· Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies.
Preferred:
· Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or Amazon WorkSpaces experience.
· CI/CD and automated deployment experience.
· Background in VDI modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
