This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can bring strong customer service, managerial, and organization experience to our company and build a long-term career. As our Office Manager, you will get to work with all areas of the operations - from the workroom to the decorators, and most importantly, our customers.
We're looking for someone who has a friendly demeanor so you can effectively interact with both residential and corporate customers. You'll be the first point interaction for the majority of our customers across our front-desk, phone, and email. You'll handle over-the-counter customers with drapery cleaning, schedule pick-up/deliveries, set-up service calls, pricing fabric books, shipping packages, cleaning, etc. You'll work with our workroom handling custom orders and coordinate with installers, decorators, and company leadership as we grow.

Responsibilities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Assist clients at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Handle and organize administrative paperwork and contracts
- Light bookkeeping and collaboration with finance
- Manage workorders for workroom (sewing, uphostery, etc...)
- Contribute to the overall success, growth, and culture of our company
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Speaks Spanish and English (strong plus)
