️ What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate about serving seniors
- Relationship-oriented with strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in your work
- Proficient in MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, and office equipment
- Able to make sound decisions independently
✉️ What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors courteously
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Coordinate resident transportation and guest suite reservations
- Assist residents with activity and event reservations
Liaise with security and valet staff to meet resident needs
