Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate accurate wait times
- Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth guest flow
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and inviting
