- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based practice
- Familiarity with individual and group therapy, IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort with technology and teletherapy delivery platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to each student’s IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary IEP meetings
