Idella's Care Homes LLC is a family agency looking for someone to join our family. We operate as independent contractors. We are needing a Paraprofessional staff that will work as a live in staff and have every other weekend off. This position will work with a males that are dual diagnosed member that has IDD and Mental Illness. The members may have some behaviors that require redirection and counseling. Staff will stay in the home with the member. Staff will be working directly with member from 7a-9p. Staff are allowed to sleep throughout the night after 9pm. Staff will transport the member during the day to doctors appointments as needed. Drivers license, social security card, high school diploma/GED and car insurance required. Staff will work with member on his goals and assist with daily activities. Staff will assist member with daily living skills such as hygiene, medication, and cleaning of home. Jobs requires that staff will stay overnight in the home while working but you are allowed to sleep at night. Mental health experience is a plus but not required. Serious inquiries only!!
