- Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Overtime: Up to 5 hours per week as needed
- APS Vehicle: Yes (driving record screening required)
- Contract Length: 12-month contract with possible extension
Role Overview
- Provides specialized to complex administrative support for electric utility operations and infrastructure projects with a high degree of independence and discretion.
- Acts as a key coordination point across internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting sensitive, high-importance operational activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform advanced administrative support including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and communications across operations teams.
- Coordinate and manage projects requiring independent research, tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Interface with stakeholders to obtain and provide critical operational information, requiring tact, persuasion, and professionalism.
- Maintain and manage data, records, and systems (e.g., operational, billing, or asset management tools).
- Support field and infrastructure operations through documentation, coordination, and administrative workflows.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and resolving complex administrative issues.
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years of related administrative experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong administrative experience supporting electric utility operations and infrastructure projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage sensitive communications.
- Highly organized with proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with operational or administrative systems and tools relevant to department workflows.
Preferred / Valuable Background
- Experience with Customer Care and Billing (CCB), Maximo, GIS, ADMS systems, or Power BI.
- Background supporting field operations, utilities, healthcare, or high-volume administrative environments (e.g., scheduling, data tracking, compliance).
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential data, record management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Exposure to high-volume scheduling, reporting, or project coordination environments
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
