Job description:
Our BCBA owned and operated clinic is seeking a Board-Certified assistant Behavior Analyst who values ethical, compassionate ABA and is looking for a role that prioritizes quality care, collaboration, and work–life balance. This is a clinic-based position with flexible hours between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday -Friday, no nights or weekends! Our schedules are designed to allow clinicians to do their best work without burnout.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans
Provide high-quality supervision and mentorship to RBTs
Monitor client progress and make data-informed clinical decisions
Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members
Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and best practices
Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical collaboration
What We are Looking For
Active BCaBA certification or certification within 3 months
Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
Commitment to compassionate, assent-based care
Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families
Experience in a clinic setting preferred (but not required)
