Salary Range: $58,448.00 – $66,919.00 per year DOE

- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education programs for students.
- Plan and deliver engaging academic instruction while monitoring student progress.
- Collaborate with therapists, behavioral staff, and families to integrate education and treatment goals.
- Complete educational documentation, including IEPs, PEPs, progress reports, and student records.
- Provide guidance and training to classroom support staff.
- Implement individualized behavioral and therapeutic strategies within the classroom.
- Participate in treatment planning, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Foster a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.
- Master’s Degree required.
- Valid Oregon TSPC Teaching License or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with school-aged students.
- Experience working with students with severe emotional and behavioral disorders.
- Experience supporting students with Emotional Disturbances, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Communication Disorders, and Specific Learning Disabilities.
- Ability to effectively utilize electronic student record systems.
- Special Education endorsement preferred, but not required.
