Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a MACHINE OPERATOR / ASSEMBLER, where your skills will drive the production of high-quality fabricated natural stone pavers. In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of industrial equipment, including stone cutting machine, assembling stone products, packaging, etc. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to delivering top-tier products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery such as cutting & profiling machines.
- Perform quality inspections using precision measurement instruments and dimensional measurement techniques to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper materials handling and storage procedures are followed.
- Conduct troubleshooting on industrial equipment and robotic systems to resolve operational issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
- Assemble parts accurately following assembly instructions, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, measurements, and quality checks for documentation and process improvement purposes.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Skills
- Proficiency with machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with plastics blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, and plastics production processes.
- Know how to use tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality control.
- Familiarity with materials handling equipment like forklifts and warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, manufacturing standards.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments.
- Experience with assembly processes involving small parts or complex components.
