Sales Representative and Greenhouse Team Member

At California Greenhouses, our sales team does more than take orders. We build relationships, solve problems, and help our customers succeed. Every conversation is an opportunity to earn trust and become the first call when our customers need us.
You'll spend your day helping customers, learning our products, coordinating orders, and working closely with your teammates. If you enjoy staying busy, solving problems, and delivering great service, you'll find this work rewarding.
This is more than a counter job. While you'll spend much of your day helping customers, you'll also work in our nursery environment. Team members should be comfortable staying active, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, working outdoors when needed, and jumping in to help wherever the team needs them.

What You'll Do
- Build lasting relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Help customers find the right products and solutions
- Prepare quotes, enter orders, and coordinate deliveries
- Follow up with customers and keep them informed
- Work with CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage opportunities, and keep accurate records
- Learn our product line and confidently answer questions
- Work closely with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn our products and industry
- Weekend availability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors when needed
