We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise service
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to all food safety standards
- Serve food promptly and professionally in settings ranging from fine dining to bustling nightclubs and banquet events
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following proper food handling procedures
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upsell opportunities
- Support catering events, banquets, or private parties by serving food and beverages efficiently in fast-paced environments
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without compromising quality
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences
- Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or banquet environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and sales calculations accurately
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management and sales tracking
- Previous restaurant experience across various roles within the food industry is preferred
- Skills in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations related to brewing or alcohol service
- Effective communication skills for working with team members during busy shifts
