Key responsibilities included:
- Provide Personal Assistance Services (PAS), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Prepare meals according to specific dietary needs and assist with feeding.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with self-administered medications.
- Provide companionship and safety supervision in the home and community.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and report any changes in client status. Requirements
Requirments:
- Clean Background: Must pass a criminal history check and be cleared by the Employee Misconduct Registry (EMR).
- Integrity: Proven dependability and a trustworthy character for in-home care.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
